  In 2005 we founded JMSO, Inc. We did so with the idea that there are no rules. The “because we’ve always done it this way” mindset had no place in our corporate philosophy. We wanted an opportunity to explore new avenues and new ideas. Keep the ones that worked and forget about the rest.

 
Our goal is to help employers find great people and to help people find great careers! Period. The staffing industry has evolved into one of adversarial relationships and/or self-serving motives. We did not want to be a part of that “Rat Race”. We endeavor to build long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

 
When recruiting we view ourselves as an extension of the client’s organization as well as an advocate for the candidate. We don’t simply look for reasons to rule candidates out or simply look for warm bodies to fill openings. We look for all of the reasons why a candidate and client would be a good fit.
